• Description:
• The subject of the tender is the conclusion of a framework agreement (Section 31 Paragraph 7 BVergG 2018). On the basis of this framework agreement, contracts for geometer and surveying services for the renovation of residential buildings belonging to the City of Vienna - Wiener Wohnen should be able to be awarded.

  On the basis of the framework agreement Contracts for geometer and surveying services for the renovation of residential complexes of the City of Vienna - Wiener Wohnen can be awarded. These orders should essentially cover the following services:
  Surveying of property and property boundaries;
  Measuring facades and building outlines;
  Measuring outdoor facilities;
  Measuring interior spaces (e.g. basement rooms, bars, etc.);
  Measuring neighboring buildings (position and height);
  Measuring attics as a basis for attic extensions;
  Measuring stairwells as a basis for lift additions;
  Specification of survey points as control points for surveying using georeferenced point cloud scans.
