Wiener Lokalbahnen GmbH plans to renovate the existing locomotive hall at the above-mentioned location at 1230 Vienna, Triesterstraße 118 and adapt it for a new use. The hall contains the functional areas of the workshop and storage rooms. Are adjacent Outdoor facilities with storage and handling areas. The following measures are generally planned: • Renewal of the roof covering (replacement of skylight domes and sealing) • Demolition of the existing floor covering and production of a new monolithic floor slab as well as foundations for supports for an indoor crane • Repair of the facade • Replacement of the windows and hall gates • In the outdoor areas: production of a carriageway slab and storage areas for bogies; Repair and construction of a washing area of a canopy
