Description:
This preliminary information serves to inform and prepare the market for the intended implementation of a negotiation procedure with prior EU-further announcement. The aim of the procurement is to renew the decentralized landline telephone solution currently in use Delivery and subsequent migration to a highly available, central "on Premises" fixed network-IP telephone solution 7x24 in the data center of the Lower Austrian state administration. It is planned to conclude a permanent framework contract with a company to procure the necessary hardware and software as well as the planning and coordination of the change of solution including migration and documentation including maintenance and support for ongoing operating maintenance. The order is announced with the initiation of the award procedure. In addition, a participation period that goes beyond the minimum participation period is intended. The tender is currently being prepared, and changes are therefore possible.
