The Office of the Co-ordinator of OSCE Economic and Environmental Activities (OCEEA) is implementing two extra-budgetary projects, within the OSCE Framework for "Response to the Implications of the Situation in Afghanistan for the OSCE region" aimed at improving resilience in communities in Central Asian border regions with Afghanistan, focusing on natural resource management, and addressing energy sector challenges.
