Description:
A procurement procedure was carried out at the conclusion of a general contractor contract for the renovation and new construction of the Lehen Volksschule I and II and for the partial new building of the kindergarten at the Franz-Martin-Strasse location. The general contractor contract was with the best -rated biddercompleted. Since then, the bankruptcy proceedings have been opened on the assets of the contractor of the general contractor contract, as a result the contract was terminated. Due to the unpredictability of the construction interruption and the urgency of the schedule, the AG has decided thatServices for the continuation of the partial new building of the kindergarten on the one hand and the renovation to be awarded separately with a new building of the secondary school. The issue in question concerns the services for the renovation and new construction of the Lehen Volksschule I and II.With new building general entrepreneurs
