- Replacement procurement for an existing LC/QTOF-MS system (Sciex TripleTOF 4600) including software system on additional computers for subsequent evaluation (spectra libraries, retrospective analysis, creation and management of biomarker profiles). The system is primarily targeted and non-targeted, quantitative and qualitative small-molecule analysis in the field of toxicology and metabolomics/lipidomics. The order also includes the transfer of the existing methods from the existing to the new LC/MS/MS system. Including LIS connection (GLIMS version 10.0 (MIPS) with autoautomated transfer of quantitative and qualitative results), training and maintenance. Connection to the existing systems pipetting machine (Hamilton), LC (Eksigent Microflow), autosampler (HTC Pal).
