• Renovation and expansion of the Lieboch fire department - partial GU Information about the announcement: The aim of the tender is to find suitable companies to submit offers as a partial GU, consisting of (mainly) the following trades: LG01 Builder LG02 Demolition work LG21 Roofing work LG23 Plumbing work LG32 Structural steel construction LG36 Carpentry work The client reserves the right to list minor services that relate to other service groups in the list of services. This is in addition to what is explicit here to understand the performance groups listed. Dates: Start of construction (project) expected: May 25th, 2026 Start of construction, expansion (also TGA): December 2026 Total completion: April 2027 Description of construction project: As part of the renovation and expansion of the volunteer building Lieboch fire department will implement the following measures: - Demolition of the existing roof structures and canopies, partial demolition of interior walls and floor structures, demolition of the existing main staircase - Extension in the vertical direction, construction of a new roof construction made of wood with a green roof structure (extensive) - renovation and replacement of the existing external walls without changing the boundary distances on the upper floor - extension in the entrance area with a new main staircase (approx. 29 m² gross floor area) - conversion inside the Existing building - installation/expansion of an elevator shaft, an air conditioning and ventilation system on the roof, photovoltaic system on the roof - extension on the north-west side of the existing building over two floors (approx. 68m² GFA per floor) - renovation of the existing building Hose tower: strengthening of the existing steel structure, replacement of the existing facade shell CPV main part: 45000000 (construction work)
