Description:
The OeBB intends to build the privately financed residential complex "Florasdorf Nord" on a property measuring almost 30,000 m2 in Vienna's 21st district.
Around 500 apartments in the mid-price segment are to be built for rental on the open market.
Awarded with objective procedure OeBB provided the general planning services for the project in question, with the majority of the "preliminary design" service phase already having been completed. The OeBA services are also not part of this award procedure.
In the first stage of the procurement process, the suitability of the applicants is determined via the submission from applications to participate including evidence of eligibility to participate; suitable applicants will be invited to submit an offer.
In the second stage of the procurement process, a quality offer (70%) and a price offer (30%) are obtained from the bidders.
