The service point is essentially divided into areas
Maintenance hall with three tracks and a gross floor area of approx. 3,569 m2
Logistics area with approx. 1,200 m2 and
Sanitary, social and office space with a gross floor area of approx. 1,831 m2
the associated outdoor facilities for the entrances and exits of the respective Material planning and storage of large parts.
The entire building is being designed so that in a later construction phase 2, the maintenance hall can be extended into a drive-thru hall, with the social rooms and offices already being implemented in the first construction phase should. The office wing is designed and statically taken into account in such a way that a third floor (lightweight construction) could be added at a later date.
