Description:
The service point is essentially divided into the areas
Maintenance hall with three tracks and a BGF of approx. 3,569 m2
Logistics area with approx. 1,200 m2 and
Sanitary, social and office space with BGF approx. 1,831 m2 as well
the associated outdoor facilities for the approaches and departures of the respective Material dispositions and storage of large parts.
The entire building is designed in such a way that in a later construction phase 2 the maintenance hall can be extended to a passage hall, whereby the premises of the social rooms and offices can be implemented in the 1st construction phase should. The office tract is designed and static that a later episode would be possible to increase by a 3rd floor (lightweight construction).
