Brief description:
For the existing and new fleet of Local transport traction cars in the Oberoesterreich/Salzburg area of the OeBB is to be created a new maintenance infrastructure for the maintenance of local transport electro -operated trains. The maintenance infrastructure is on the grounds of the former heating house on the corner of Raimund-/Heizhausstrasse in Linz Route built 101.02.
The following work is required (the advance stroke is completed at the time of construction):
Excavation individual foundations, working pits, lines
Foundation and basement
Work pits, working pits, sewage system and empty pipes
Preferred construction, Wood construction, shell of office buildings
Switching positions (technical building, north of Raimundstrasse)
Creation of pipe routes, water pipes and Channel systems.
