- The wooden high-rise of the Wood Vision Lab at Franz-Pichler-Strasse 30, 8160 Weiz is about a building that is planned in two construction phases. The first construction phase comprises 5 floors. The subject of the proceedings in question are the benefits of project control according to LM.PS (Optional, LPH 1-5), General OeBA for construction, electrical and HKLs as well as other technical building equipment for all construction work in accordance with LM.GP/OA/TA (LPH 8) and construction KG in accordance with LM.BKG (LPH 1-6, 8) for the first construction phase.
