Description:
In order to provide control energy and expand the district heating supply, it is planned to install an additional hot water electrode boiler with an electrical output of 30 MW at the Salzburg AG/HKW-Nord Block 2 site. This tender process is used to procure a system manufacturer including an electrode boiler system for the new Power 2 Heat system (P2H 3.0 for short). In addition to preliminary implementation planning, the scope of services is the delivery of a Electrode boiler system with 30MWel, all pipe construction, fittings and auxiliary units (pumps, plate heat exchangers, etc.) as well as support structures and platforms made of steel. The new P2H system is scheduled to be delivered, installed and in operation by Q2 2027 be taken.
