Carrying out a negotiation procedure with prior Europe-wide announcement in accordance with Section 31 Paragraph 5 in conjunction with Section 34 Nos. 1 and 3 of the Federal Procurement Act 2018 (BGBl I 65/2018 as amended, hereinafter referred to as “BVergG”) to conclude an unlimited framework contract with a Company for the procurement of the hardware and software components of a VoIP telecommunications system as well as the planning and coordination of the solution change including migration and documentation including maintenance and support for ongoing operations.
