The Office of the Carinthian State Government, Department 2 - Finance, Participations and FTI, Subdivision State Immobilien Management, intends to renovate the existing concert hall. The office of the Carinthian state government, department 2 - finance, participations and FTI, sub -department state property management, intends to renovate the existing concert hall. In this is the GMPU (Gustav MahlerPrivate university for music). In the basement, the existing gymnastics hall is converted into a cabaret. A separate entrance is created on the east side for the appearance of the artists. A stair hub is intended to reach this lowest level infinitelylessly. In theThe ground floor are planned for 2 single -storey escape houses that are required for the degeneration of the Mozart Hall on the 1st floor. The toilet facilities assigned to the restaurant are reorganized. The area of existing western delivery is re -adapted, i.e. ita new concrete ramp with a concrete portal frame is provided. The building closure is planned with a sectional door or roller gate.
