• This is the preliminary information for the following procurement project: Intended procurement to conclude a framework agreement regarding accompanying control services for the project to renovate the Promenade 39 property. The actual tender documents will then be sent with the Acontract announcement, which is expected to be published from May. The stated expected date of publication is still non-binding.
  Accompanying control for the project to renovate the Promenade 39 property
  Conclusion of a framework agreement regarding the intendedProcurement of accompanying control services for the renovation project of the Promenade 39 property (LM.BK or equivalent). The renovation project is expected to run until 2/3. Quarter 2027. There will be a comprehensive renovation of the various areas (HKLS, electrical engineering, conveyor technologynik, catering area, Redoutensale etc). Parallel to the construction work, ongoing operations in the building complex will be maintained (with the exception of the rooms actually affected by the renovation in the available construction time windows and the catering business to the specified extent). The construction work in Theater area will essentially be able to take place in time windows of approximately 4 months per year, over the summer months.
