In the wake of the revocation of the award procedure for partial demolition, conversion, extension and leasing of the Piesting elementary school, the search is still underway for a property developer who will be responsible for the construction, renovation and management of the Markt Piesting elementary school (in his own name and at his own risk).all outbuildings (such as gymnasium and music school). This is intended to rent the properties to the community on a long-term basis. The main aim is to establish a building right and to enable rent for these facilities built and renovated under the building right, which is called Bautrlivestock performance is considered. The requirements largely correspond to those of the revoked procedure, although the framework conditions are adjusted in terms of flexibility. This procedure is carried out in accelerated mode.
