Local building supervision (OeBA) comprehensive building construction, VK141 Fachferschule Voelkermarkt / General renovation and expansion of the inventory
Due to changed requirements, comprehensive general renovation and expansion are necessary.
The school and boarding school building stands on a 15,000 m2 plot. Parts (approx. 6,500m2) are canceled, around 1,900m2 rebuilt.
The school forms around 550 students annually: on the inside. The boarding school capacity is increased from 76 to 80 places.
School and boarding school are restructured according to current standards. The inventory is partially preserved and new buildings are being built. The old gym is replaced by a new one.
