The current production kitchen in the Franziskus Spital Margareten supplies all stations and employees (approx. 400 PAX) on the area in the fresh kitchen system. The kitchen has already reached the end of its lifespan and must therefore onecomprehensive general renovation. In the course of this, the location in Vienna 1030 is also taken into account when meals. The future supply strategy stipulates that the kitchens of the two Francis Spital locations in Vienna use 1030 and 1050 synergies in food supply.The kitchen in 1050 will be managed as a focus kitchen in the future and will be supplied with the main components in the Cook & Chill process from 1030. At the 1050 location, the patisserie products are produced for both locations and then delivered for 1030.
