Description:
The subject of the tender is the conclusion of a permanent framework contract with one company per lot on the provision of SAP specific IT services and advice in 2 lots as follows:
• Lot 1: ongoing support in the SAP module HCM
• Lot 2: ongoing care in the SAP Modules MM, SD, FI and BW.
The critical services according to VR Pct. 1.4 must be observed.
For the first year of contract, there is a bilateral waiver of termination. After expiry The first contract year can be terminated by the two parties with a period of six months.
