Framework agreements for the procurement of PV modules 2026 (02) The subject of this list of services is the delivery of various photovoltaic modules for a wide variety of photovoltaic projects within the framework agreement period. The AG intends a contract is concluded with one or more framework agreement partners (“RVP” for short). Contracts will be awarded based on the lowest bidder principle in accordance with the technical specifications (“LB” for short). These framework agreements are currently in effect Due to ignorance of the realizable projects or their call-offs, the above-mentioned maximum contract sum was completed, although it should be noted that the maximum total amount from this award procedure is € 45.0 million. TOTAL (i.e. order volume for the entire framework agreement period plus any options and follow-up orders for all framework agreement partners together).
