Support services usability 2025
The client plans the further development and redesign in the coming years several digital services. This includes in particular e-services, various reporting applications, the intranet and mobile applications in the Areas Waste management and the environment. Building on the previous project results, it is necessary to consistently develop the usability, user experience (UX) and the user interface (UI) and adapt them to new requirements as required.
