Direct allocation in accordance with Art. 5 Para. 4 VO (EC) No. 1370/2007 of passenger traffic services in bus traffic For line 5390 (Friesach - Grades - Metnitz - Oberhof) and the secondary lines 5391 and 5392 including micro -OeV
The municipality of Friesach intends additional orders in accordance with Section 23 (1) of the Motor Link Act (KFLG) of passenger traffic services in regular bus transport for line 5390 (Friesach - degree -Metnitz-Oberhof) as well as the secondary lines 5391 and 5392 as well as in the micro-OeV in the form of call buses. The community transport services are appointed on the basis of a public service order in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 1370/2007. For the company is one Approval in accordance with the Motor Link Act (KFLG) required. Target groups: daily leveling students: inside, apprentices and employed passengers of the before and afternoon class as well as 2 to 4 courses on weekends and public holidays. The minimum control standards are based on the Regional transport plan of the State of Carinthia. The basis for the calculation is based on many years of average: 183 school days 68 holidays 251 working days (except for Saturday) per calendar year. Participation in the Karntner lines transport association is mandatory. For fare and Tariff application apply the requirements of the Karntner lines.
