Description:
The Carinthian participation administration (subsequently also "AG" or "Leaseholder") intends to the long -term allocation of a lease agreement on the DZT. Unbeduced properties in Steindorf am Ossiacher See. The aim of the in question is the conclusion of a lease agreement about theReal estate between the lessor on the one hand and the bidders in the process: on the other hand (for short "lease agreement"). The properties at issue are located in the catastral community of Steindorf am Ossiacher See, catastral community number72337 and consist of the plots with numbers 1140, 316/3 and 309/2. The property is owned by the lessor. A bathroom, which is owned by the lessor and on the neighboring, owned by the Austrian Federal Forest ("OeBF" for short)is also the subject of the lease contract to be concluded. The lease of the properties of the lease contract should be leased to one: n tenant: in what: r on the properties an attractive tourist project - especially operation of a tourist accommodation company -Transplates and this all year round (at least 10 operating months p.a.), whereby the tenant must integrate and operate in addition to the guarantee of public sea access and public gastronomy.
