The maintenance infrastructure is located on the site of the former boiler house on the corner of Raimundstrasse and Heizhausstrasse Built in Linz on route 101.02. The following plumbing and additional work is required to produce the roof and facade shell: Roof cladding (main shed hall, office building, switching posts, garbage boxes, bicycle racks, shed roof glazing and RWA) Facade including windows and Gate surrounds Start of work: April 6, 2026 (detailed planning of the facade) Start of construction: August 31, 2026 End of construction: March 26, 2027
