- The building shell of the state vocational school and the Knittelfeld apprentice house is to be thermally renovated (facade, windows, roof).
Address: 8720 Knittelfeld, Portniggstrasse 21 and 23.
This preliminary information serves to shorten the offer period in accordance with Section 73 BVergG 2018 for the following trades: (1 ) Part-GU Prefabricated facade including additional work; (2) Black decking and plumbing work; (3) portal locksmith and locksmith work; (4) HKLS installations; (5) Electrical installations.

*Inventory (LBS 3D measurement will be provided or LLH 3D measurement will be tendered)

*Dismantling of the entire facade construction including windows and the like as well as professional disposal
*Assembly of the prefabricated elements incl .Windows, shading, PV facade collectors and ventilation components
*Difficulty for working on the parapet area;

*Shaft paneling including inspection doors at LBS in the interior area
*Reveal cladding in the interior at LBS and LLH
*New technical room at LBS on the 2nd floor .OG (new partitions in EI90 incl. fire protection door)
*New partitions in EI90 at LLH between the staircase and the new winter garden;

*Construction management
*Construction site equipment for the entire construction period as well as clearance
